Meet Tish

My journey in baking began during my childhood in the piney woods of East Texas, where my grandmothers Clara and Annie , both home bakers, inspired me. Their homes were always filled with the warmth and inviting aromas of traditional Southern baked goods. Every visit was a treat as I eagerly anticipated sampling their mouthwatering desserts - like cakes and tea cakes. Though they're no longer with me, I'm humbled to continue their baking legacy. Each cake is meticulously crafted with pride, carrying the nostalgia of homemade goodness straight from Clara and Annie's kitchens.
